Kevandre Thompson serves as the Founder & Director of Talent Solutions Now. He offers experience in a variety of industries, including Information Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Production, Skilled Trades, and Blockchain Technology.
As the Director of Talent Solutions Now, he supports market leaders in the automotive sector by being a Talent Acquisition partner, and employing unorthodox sourcing and reach out methods, to increase diversity in the talent pool.
Eager to leverage his vast and astute knowledge of Talent Acquisition & listening skills, Kevandre sees himself as a conduit between technical nuances and creative solutions. He is eager where others are timid, excited by challenges, and able to cultivate relationships strong enough to secure exclusive opportunities.
Kevandre describes himself as a candidate advocate, prioritizing the experience of every individual he speaks with. Quick to give honest feedback and input wherever possible, his goal is to build a reputation of honesty and transparency in service to others.
